Art, acting, adventure: Western Montana summer camps available for any interest

Game and Mobile Application Programming Camp for middle school students, July 27-31, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Interested in learning how to program mobile games? What to learn more about computers? Spend a week this summer with experts in the Computer Science Department at the University of Montana to create interactive apps and games for phones, tablets, and computers using a number of technologies. Explore the world of computer programming and discover the exciting possibilities of this emerging technology. Feel free to bring all iPods, iPads, Android tablets and phones. $225. Game Programming Camp for high school students, Aug. 3-7, 9 a.m.-noon. Ready to have some fun programming? Let’s create games and applications using Android, Codea, HTML5, XNA for Xbox 360, Python, Processing, Game Maker, and Java. We will explore different programming languages and build games throughout this week long camp.
